| OUR VALUES AND OUR WELCOMING | |

The peasants, the stable, the farmyard animals and the vineyards with the olive groves are in the full splendour of their fruitfulness; there are cultivated fields, where is made use of each plot of land. A lot of fragrances and colours in our memories, our land, our flowers, our fruits and the unique smell which came from the big kitchen: soups, stew and the exceptional bread, which was cooked in the “forno a legna” (an oven where the firewood was employed). It was really a hard life but authentic: perhaps it has not been understood in good time, and for this reason our countries have been deserted. Maybe nothing can become again as in the past, but we have a great desire to be able to live as much as possible in contact with nature and traditions and for this reason my family and I have decided to restore our property and create also some spaces to share with you. The vineyard, the olive trees, the cellar and our farmhouse, which we have converted into an agritourism respecting the origin of this environment, these are the places where our guests can relax and throw yourself into in our reality. I have a dream now: to create an orchard garden with ancient apple trees and paths, a little square with a fountain fed by a little spring, which will be the aspect that will distinguish us from the others because I wish to institute a cultural point related to all the deeds of this territory (wine and food tasting, art exhibitions, educational activities). I hope to succeed also this project in order to continue handing on and let my guests know the values of our land and our people. Our aim is to establish a harmony between our agritourism and our guests through the assignment of a fruit to a child or a guest family in order to establish a long-distance friendship, and in this way you can remember that a part of you belong to our land.
